RENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Nine essential conditions

Use & restrictions

The motorcycle may only be used within the approved service areas: Nong Yai and Si Racha districts, Chonburi; and Pluak Daeng and Nikhom Phatthana districts, Rayong. Leaving these areas or Thailand is prohibited.
The motorcycle must not be used for illegal activities, ridden by another person, sub-rented, or used commercially, including delivery services.
The renter must hold a valid motorcycle licence and must not ride while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.

Monitoring & safety

The lessor may retain copies of identification documents and photograph the renter as evidence for the rental agreement.
The motorcycle is equipped with GPS tracking. The renter consents to tracking and must not remove, disable, or damage the device.
If the renter cannot be contacted, turns off the phone, or disables GPS for more than 24 hours, the matter may be treated as suspected misappropriation and referred to the authorities.

Return time & extensions

The motorcycle must be returned on the agreed date and at the agreed time.
Late return fee: THB 50 per hour. A delay exceeding 3 hours is charged as one additional rental day.
Any extension must be approved and paid before the current rental period expires.

Security deposit & fuel

The security deposit is THB 1,000–3,000 depending on the motorcycle model and rental assessment.
After inspection, the Lessor will return the refundable balance of the deposit within 1 business day when the motorcycle is in normal condition and no damage, fines, or outstanding charges remain. THB 500 is temporarily retained for traffic-ticket verification under section 09. The renter must provide bank account details for all refunds.
A motorcycle collected with a full tank must be returned with a full tank.

Renter responsibilities

The renter must take reasonable care of the motorcycle as if it were their own property.
The renter is responsible for repair costs and for any damage to tyres, parts, or keys arising during the rental.
Any repair or replacement of parts requires the Lessor’s prior approval.
The renter is responsible for motorcycle recovery expenses and loss-of-use charges resulting from damage, breach, or late return.

Breach of agreement

The lessor may terminate the agreement and recover the motorcycle immediately if the renter breaches these terms.
Deposits and prepaid rental charges are non-refundable in the event of breach, cancellation, or as specified in the signed agreement.
Pledging, selling, transferring, sub-renting, or otherwise disposing of the motorcycle is strictly prohibited.
A breach may incur contractual penalties, including THB 2,000 or THB 50,000 depending on the violation stated in the signed agreement, and may result in legal action.

Loss or theft

If the motorcycle is lost, stolen, or cannot be recovered due to the renter’s act or negligence, the renter must compensate its current market value or provide an equivalent motorcycle of the same model and condition, subject to the signed agreement.

Accidents

The renter must contact TITAN MOTO RENT immediately and no later than 1 hour after the incident.
A police report must be filed and all related documents provided to the Lessor.
Where the renter is at fault or negligent, the renter is responsible for all loss, including damage to the motorcycle and third-party claims.
The lessor may deduct costs from the security deposit and collect any remaining balance if the deposit is insufficient.

Temporary deposit hold for traffic-ticket verification

TITAN MOTO RENT LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (hereinafter referred to as the “Lessor”) will refund the remaining deposit when the motorcycle is returned and temporarily retain THB 500 (five hundred baht) because traffic tickets may be recorded after the return date.
The Lessor will check for traffic tickets issued during the rental period within 30 days from the motorcycle return date.
If no related ticket or fine is found, the retained THB 500 will be refunded within 3 business days after the 30-day verification period through the bank account or refund channel provided by the renter.
If a ticket incurred while the motorcycle was in the renter’s possession is found, the Lessor will notify the renter and provide verification details or a copy of the ticket before deducting any amount.
If the fine is less than THB 500, only the actual fine will be deducted and the balance refunded. If it is exactly THB 500, the retained amount will be applied in full. If it exceeds THB 500, the retained amount will be applied toward the fine and the renter must pay the balance within 7 days after notice.
Verification and deductions apply only to tickets issued during the period when the renter possessed the motorcycle.
The THB 500 hold is security for payment of lawful traffic fines and is not a fee or additional service charge imposed by the Lessor.
By accepting the motorcycle, the renter confirms that these conditions have been read, understood, and accepted.
